Short-term Rental Pricing

All packages include design for living, kitchen & dining, primary bedroom & bathroom, and one additional bed and bath. These are base prices and subject to change, please reach out for a formal invoice.

  • This package includes an initial consultation, mood boards, FF&A package, furniture plans, an OPCC, and a kitchen, bath, bedroom, and cleaning essentials package. Up to 5 iterations of design.

  • This package includes an initial consultation, mood boards, FF&A package, furniture plans, an OPCC, and a kitchen, bath, bedroom, and cleaning essentials package. Up to 5 iterations of design and an onsite installation. (Fees may be added dependent upon install location.)
