We’ll start by defining your target guest - what are their wants and needs and how can we accomplish that within the space? We’ll play around with theme and discuss the main use of your rental - whether it’s a home base for outtings or if the home is the destination.

Once we’ve established who we’re designing for - we’ll provide mood boards for each room in the space for approval. These will get us all on the same page and moving toward final selections and an established budget.

Final furniture selections, scaled furniture location plans, an OPCC, finish schedule (if applicable) and a decor package will be delivered for approval with opportunity for alterations. Once all has been approved, we will set a target date for installation with Dulcis Designs and our moving team!

Post install photography , Pre Installation 3D renderings, or physical material palettes can be added on to any package for an additional cost. Work with local artisans for furnishings and decor is also an option for no additional fees.
